Legendary singer, dancer, and songwriter Rudeboy releases a new single titled "Beauty Modara". "Beauty Modara" evokes his successful years as half of the famous P-Square duo, who were known for exporting African culture globally through Afro-pop, R&B, and Afrobeats. The single's title showcases a high level of creativity as it is a mix of phonetic adaptation and a transliteration of 'Murderer' into 'Modara'. This choice adds local flavour to the media feed by depicting the Pidgin rooted deeply in Nigerian identity.
Produced by Chris Stringz as the usual of Rudeboy's project, this track leans majorly in Afro-pop with mild bass and mellow kicks interweaving the entire cut. Opening with the producer's signature, the track features chilling strings that resonate with listeners. The slow-tempo instrumental creates room for Rudeboy's vocals. He employs the call-and-response style which renders as his verse, chorus and hook. He confesses his admiration and professes affection. Meanwhile, Rudeboy has overstretched this style of singing — a feature and collaboration might be all he needs to connect with new listeners specifically the Gen Zs.
