Flau'jae Closes 2025 With A Statement: 'One Of A Kind' EP Review

No rest for Flau'jae as she waxes stronger on the release of "One Of A Kind" EP, her second project for 2025. She depicts resilience as she balances her musical and athletic career.

American rapper, songwriter, and poet, Flau'jae is not laying low as she has just released "One Of A Kind", an Extended Play months after "Flau & B" — an R&B album she made earlier this year. Just as she began the year with a release in February, she now closes it with "One Of A Kind" EP.

The EP opens with the self-titled track, "ONE OF A KIND", which rides on a strong melodious trap beat produced by Nick Papz and K6WYA. She energizes the track with her fast vocals.

Next is "Big Stepper", produced by Hitmaka and Bizness Boi. The instrumental complements the elevated vibes she created on the previous track. While she raps about her life, the whistling sound at intervals resonates with listeners.

Then comes "Got it", a mid-tempo instrumental produced by Bankroll Gotit. The track features Flau'jae and Bossman Dlow, a fast-rising rapper from Florida; they both keep the energy alive as they trap their way throughout the entire cut.

While on "Shoot 4 The Moon", the fast-tempo instrumental co-produced by Sentro and John Nocito, creates space for her to share a heartfelt message. Her cadence illuminates the track.

The project closes with "Courtside Bonus", co-produced by Marnimuzik and Wonderyo. She reminds herself of her essence and purpose. As Waka Flocka Flame interweaves with his background vocals and ad-libs throughout the entire cut.

Overall, with the One Of A Kind EP, Flau'jae makes a bold statement on every track, reminding listeners of her journey and trajectory. While she has achieved success this year with two music projects, Flau'jae has become aware of her responsibility as a young woman.
